Delivery Terms

Delivery:
All orders from Dublin area, have the option for standard next day deliver or premium same day delivery services(place order before 11am).We only do deliveries on Monday-Friday. All customers will be notified before deliveries throught mobile.
All orders from areas outside Dublin, which are placed between Monday- Wednesday (before 11am), will have deliveries within 2 days after dispatched, but not guaranteed unless specified.
Deliveries are done by courier companies, deliveries are limited to working days only. Tracking number will be sent to the email placed order, once order has been dispatched.

Delivery Terms:
In the case where some products of the order run out of stock, we will ship the order without those products if there is at least 60% or more of the ordered items in stock.
A packing list is attached in the delivery box, if an item is missing, please contact us by email, with the order number and the missing item’s name and barcode number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
All goods must be signed for delivery, if there is no answer at the delivery address you have given, the delivery driver will resend the parcel on the next working day. If the delivery attempt is not successful, a calling card will be left to notify.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in post, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible using contact details listed. We will investigate what has happened to your parcel.
It is the customer 's responsibility to notify us if they think the shipment is lost. Customers have up to 15 days from the date of the shipment to claim their package as lost in order to receive any compensation regarding their orders.

Standard Next Day Delivery Service : €‎6.99

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are returning items for a refund, please allow 3-5 business working days for the item to be processed.
Refunds typically take 4-5 business days to appear in your account once they have been processed but in some cases may take up to 10-14 business days.
Refunds will be made through the bank account that paid the order.
In order for return items to be eligible for a refund, it has to be in resalable condition.
It is the customer responsible for the cost of a return, unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.
